Manage and maintain patient billing accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records.Process patient invoices, payments, and refunds in accordance with company policies.Review patient accounts to verify charges, insurance claims, and payment allocations.Coordinate with insurance companies to process claims and resolve billing discrepancies.Follow up on outstanding patient balances and overdue payments.
