We’re looking for a Software Outbound Sales Specialist to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, confident in outreach, and passionate about driving new business in the software industry.
- Generate new leads through outbound prospecting and cold outreach
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to potential clients
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities and customer needs
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Present and promote software solutions to prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and onboarding
- Track and report on outreach and sales performance
- experience in software sales or tech sales
- Proven ability to generate leads independently
- Strong experience in cold calling and outbound sales activities
- Fluent English (spoken and written is a must)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets ➕ Nice to Have
- Background in marketing or lead generation strategies
- Experience selling software solutions and services
