Job Title: Operations ManagerReporting To: Owner / FounderLocation: Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaIndustry: Luxury Beauty & SpaJob PurposeLead and control all operational aspects of a luxury salon and spa business, ensuring consistent delivery of premium customer experience, operational excellence, revenue growth, and full accountability over staff performance, service quality, and profitability.
Business Operations LeadershipOversee end-to-end operations across all departments (hair, spa, nails, reception, customer service).Translate business strategy into operational plans and execution.Ensure standardization of processes, policies, and service delivery.
2. P&L and Financial ManagementOwn full profit & loss responsibility.Monitor revenue, costs, margins, and productivity KPIs.Optimize pricing, service mix, and cost structure to maximize profitability.
Customer Experience ExcellenceEnsure delivery of a consistent luxury customer experience aligned with brand standards.Monitor customer satisfaction, complaints, and retention metrics.Implement service quality audits and continuous improvement plans.
Team Leadership & People ManagementLead, manage, and develop all staff including supervisors and department heads.Build a high-performance culture with clear KPIs and accountability.Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management in coordination with HR.
Sales & Revenue GrowthDrive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and promotions.Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance.Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, offers, and client acquisition strategies.
Operational Efficiency & Process ImprovementIdentify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.Optimize scheduling, capacity utilization, and staff productivity.Ensure effective inventory and supplier management.
Compliance & StandardsEnsure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service protocols, and brand image.
Reporting & AnalyticsProvide regular reports to the Owner on performance, risks, and opportunities.Use data to drive decision-making and operational improvements.
Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.Minimum 3 years in a leadership role within luxury beauty, spas and wellness industry.Proven track record in managing P&L and scaling operations.Females Only
