Company: SellenvoLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-time / 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)Competitive salary About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organised and client-focused Onboarding Executive to manage and deliver onboarding experiences for SellEnvo clients across the UK, Europe, UAE, and Saudi Arabia.As the primary point of contact during the onboarding journey, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, professional, and engaging experience for new clients, helping them successfully adopt and utilise the Sellenvo e-commerce management platform.

Key Responsibilities:Manage and deliver end-to-end onboarding calls and workflows for new clientsGuide clients through channel integrations, Sellenvo’s features, setup processes, and best practicesAct as the main point of contact for clients during onboarding, handling integrations, questions and issue resolutionBuild strong client relationships and ensure a positive onboarding experienceMaintain accurate records of onboarding progress, communications, and milestonesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and client successIdentify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and client experience, as well as cross-sell other Sellenvo services Requirements:Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)Previous experience in SaaS or e-commerce product management tool onboardingPrevious experience of software product onboarding and development workflowsPrevious experience as an online seller or VA to sellers an advantageExcellent communication and presentation skillsProfessional, well-presented, and confident in client-facing interactionsStrong organisational skills with attention to detailAbility to explain technical processes clearly to non-technical usersCustomer-focused mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach Nice to Have:Experience working with international clients (UK, Europe, Middle East)Background in eCommerce or marketplace integrationsExperience using CRM or onboarding toolsJoin a fast-growing team and play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences and long-term success.
