Mechanical Technical Office Engineer

Prepare and review mechanical shop drawings (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting) based on project design drawings and specifications.Coordinate with other disciplines (civil, electrical, architectural) to resolve any conflicts.Prepare material submittals, technical data sheets, and ensure compliance with project requirements.Follow up on submittals approvals and track material procurement status.Provide technical support to the site team and respond to RFIs (Requests for Information).Review as-built drawings and ensure proper documentation upon project completion.Participate in project meetings and coordinate with consultants and clients when required.Ensure all mechanical works comply with international codes and standards.Assist in quantity take-offs and cost estimation when needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.5–8 years of experience in a contracting/construction company.Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.Proficiency in AutoCAD;

Revit is a plus.Good understanding of international codes (ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.).Excellent communication and coordination skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
