- Supervise the installation and execution of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, etc.).
- Ensure all mechanical work complies with project specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (civil, electrical, etc.) for smooth site operations.
- Review shop drawings and ensure accurate implementation on site.
- Assist in resolving technical issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
- Monitor material deliveries and mechanical subcontractor performance.
- Report progress and issues to the Project Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Solid understanding of MEP systems in construction.
- Familiarity with local codes and international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.).
Key Skills:
- Strong site supervision and coordination skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (MEP), and MS Office.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and team collaboration.Years of Experience: 3–7 years in construction or contracting companies
