Role Overview The Marketing Specialist will support the planning and execution of local and international marketing activities for Town Team.

This role is execution-focused with growing strategic exposure, ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently, on time, and aligned with Town Team’s brand identity across markets Key Responsibilities ● Support the execution of marketing plans for Egypt and international markets ● Handle international marketing requests and adaptations under the guidance of the Marketing Communications Manager ● Coordinate campaign requirements with internal teams (social media, design, retail, e-commerce) ● Assist in planning seasonal campaigns, promotions, and brand activations ● Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials and markets ● Prepare campaign briefs, follow-ups, and execution timelines ● Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports and insights ● Support new market requests, launches, and expansion-related marketing tasks● Manage day-to-day marketing operations and coordination tasks● Ensure timely delivery of all marketing assets and initiatives

Requirements● 3–5 years of experience in marketing (fashion retail or FMCG is a strong plus)● Good understanding of brand marketing and commercial campaigns● Previous exposure to regional or international markets is preferred● Strong communication skills in English and Arabic● Highly organized with strong coordination and follow-up skills● Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment● Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven mindset
