Create , Develop and implement comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals including SEO/ SEM,PPC,and paid mediaCreating comprehensive marketing plans to achieve company goals.Oversee content creation, curation, and scheduling across all platforms.oversee the creation of engaging digital content (text, image, video)Manage and mentor social media specialists, coordinators,Monitor metrics (e.g., CTR, engagement rate, ROI) and adjust strategies based on data analytics.Allocating and managing the annual marketing budget for maximum ROI.Monitoring KPIs, analyzing market trends, and utilizing CRM/automation tools to measure campaign success.Leading digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and advertising efforts.Ensure a consistent, professional brand voice and image.Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes

Experience: Proven experience as a social media manager, senior marketing, director, or similar role, often with 5+ years in marketing.Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.Platform Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, Expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media marketing, and CMS platformsTools: Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics tools.Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, creative thinking, and project management skills
