Market IntelligenceMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developmentsProvide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making
Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with operations, procurement, and finance teams to ensure service delivery excellenceCoordinate with internal teams to develop customized logistics solutions
Reporting & Performance TrackingMaintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reportsTrack KPIs such as revenue growth, conversion rates, and customer retention
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales within logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Experience in 4PL / 3PL solutions is highly preferred.
