Identify training needs through job analysis, performance reviews, and consultation with managers.Design and develop engaging training materials, modules, and programs (online & offline).Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, assessments, and KPIs.Maintain training records and track employee progress.Collaborate with different departments to align training with business goals.Stay updated with the latest learning trends and tools.Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.1–2 years of experience in learning & development or training.Strong presentation and communication skills.Good analytical and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
