About UsWe are building a freelance leadership development faculty to deliver high impact leadership and managerial development across the GCC.

We work with corporate clients and expect our partners to bring both professional credibility and practical business insight into every engagement.We are looking for experienced professionals who operate as:Leadership Development TrainersExecutive & Leadership CoachesOr bothIf your core expertise is leadership development and you are based in the UAE or KSA, we would like to hear from you.What We Are Looking ForWe are interested in senior practitioners who can support clients through:Leadership and people management workshopsOne to one leadership and executive coachingContribution to broader leadership development journeysTo keep things structured, we are grouping profiles into two primary tracks.Track A: Leadership Development Trainer (Freelance)Focus: Delivery of leadership and managerial development workshopsTypical ResponsibilitiesDeliver leadership and managerial skills programs for mid and senior level audiences, both virtually and on site at client premises in the region.Facilitate interactive sessions on topics such as leading teams, performance management, coaching skills for managers, communication and influence, strategic thinking, change and similar themes.Use experiential learning methods such as discussions, case work, group activities, role plays and business focused exercises rather than lecture only.Work with existing program designs and facilitator guides, while bringing your own facilitation style, real examples and practical insights.Conduct strong debriefs, link learning back to participants’ business context and drive clear commitments to action.Provide feedback on participant engagement, group dynamics and potential follow up needs after each assignment.Track B: Executive & Leadership Coach (Freelance)Focus: One to one leadership and executive coachingTypical ResponsibilitiesProvide one to one leadership or executive coaching for managers, senior leaders and high potential talent, primarily online and occasionally on site with clients.Support coachees on topics such as leadership effectiveness, stakeholder management, communication, role transitions, strategic impact and team leadership.Work within a structured coaching process including contracting, goal setting, progress reviews and outcome evaluation.Use recognised coaching models and, where relevant, integrate leadership assessments aligned with client and organisational needs.Maintain coaching ethics, confidentiality and professional standards consistent with international coaching bodies.

Track A: Leadership Development Trainer (Freelance):Typically 8 to 10 years or more in corporate training or leadership development roles.Proven track record delivering leadership and people management programs for corporate clients.Strong presence and credibility in front of managers and senior managers.Fluent in English.

Bilingual Arabic and English is a strong advantage.Confident delivering via Microsoft Teams, Zoom or similar platforms.Currently based in UAE or KSA and able to work on a freelance or independent basis.Certifications For Trainers(Nice to have, not mandatory)Training of Trainers (ToT) certification from a recognised institute or professional body (for example a university, business school, or HR / L&D organisation) is a strong advantage.Additional certifications in leadership development or assessment tools are a plus but not mandatory.Track B: Executive & Leadership Coach (Freelance):Minimum 7 to 10 years total professional experience, including time in corporate or organisational roles.At least 3 to 5 years focused on leadership, executive or managerial coaching.Experience coaching mid and senior level leaders, ideally in GCC or wider MENA markets.Fluent in English.

Bilingual Arabic and English is a strong advantage.Currently based in UAE or KSA and able to work on a freelance or independent basis.Certifications For CoachesFor the coaching track, formal credentials are important.

We are particularly interested in coaches who hold one or more of the following:ICF credentials – ACC, PCC or MCCGallup CliftonStrengthsHoganMBTI, DiSC or similar toolsEMCC accreditation – Practitioner level or higherAssociation for Coaching (AC) membership and accreditationAdditional leadership related certifications such as 360 leadership tools are a strong plus
