We're a growing US-based digital marketing agency looking for a sharp, data-driven Lead Generation Expert to build and run our outbound pipeline.
You'll own the full prospecting process — from building targeted lists to running automated sequences to handing off qualified leads to our sales team.
This is a great fit if you've already built lead gen systems that work, know your way around GoHighLevel and Apollo, and want a stable remote role with upside tied to results. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGProspecting & list buildingBuild and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns targeting US marketsUse scraping and enrichment tools (Apollo, Phantombuster, or similar) to identify and qualify prospect lists at scaleContinuously refine targeting criteria based on conversion dataCRM & automationManage the full lead pipeline inside GoHighLevelBuild automated outreach workflows, email sequences, and follow-up campaigns using Closely and LemlistTrack, report, and optimize campaign performance metrics on a regular cadenceOutreach & sales supportHandle initial outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other platformsConduct discovery conversations and minor sales calls with US-based prospectsEnsure smooth qualified lead handoffs to the agency team
