IT Specialist

Job Overview:We are looking for an IT Specialist to manage and support our IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in networking and systems administration, with the ability to monitor virtualized environments and high-end security gateways.

Key Responsibilities:Provide first-level technical support for end-users (Hardware & Software).Monitor dual-ISP connectivity and ensure high availability of the network.Maintain and monitor Virtual Machines (VMs) within a Proxmox environment.Manage office peripherals including Toshiba & Canon printers and Wi-Fi Access Points.Ensure the implementation of firewall policies and network security protocols.Maintain technical documentation and IP address management (IPv4).

Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science or similar relevant fieldFrom 1 to 3 years of previous experience as an IT Help Desk & Technical SupportIn-depth knowledge of computer systems and mobile devicesHands on experience with diagnosing and resolving basic technical issuesVery Good proficiency in EnglishExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
