Policy & ComplianceDevelop and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and standards aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Ensure compliance with chemical safety regulations, environmental laws, and occupational health standards.Risk ManagementConduct risk assessments and hazard analyses specific to chemical processes and storage.Implement preventive measures to minimize accidents, incidents, and environmental impact.Training & AwarenessDesign and deliver HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors.Promote a strong safety culture through continuous education and awareness campaigns.Incident ManagementLead investigations of accidents, near misses, and environmental incidents.Prepare detailed reports with corrective and preventive action plans.Emergency PreparednessDevelop and maintain emergency response plans for chemical spills, fires, and other hazards.Coordinate drills and ensure readiness of emergency equipment and teams.Environmental StewardshipMonitor emissions, waste management, and resource consumption.Drive sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental footprint.Reporting & DocumentationMaintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and compliance reports.Provide regular updates to senior management on HSE performance indicators.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum 15 years of HSE experience, with at least 7 years in a chemical or petrochemical manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of chemical safety standards, OSHA, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.Proven track record in risk management, incident investigation, and regulatory compliance.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Fluency in English.Excellent command of Microsoft office.Residence in Giza or Cairo (prefer Giza and 6 October city)Strategic thinking and decision-making.Strong leadership and team management.Analytical skills for risk and incident analysis.Commitment to integrity, safety, and sustainability.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
