Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field 3–8 years of experience in HR (with strong focus on recruitment & OD)
Proven experience in headhunting and talent acquisition Strong knowledge of performance management systems Experience in training programs and employee development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Odoo HR or similar)
