We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager / HR Generalist who can take full ownership of the HR function — from recruitment and onboarding to personnel administration, discipline, and compliance.This role is not limited to recruitment.
We are looking for someone who can build and manage HR systems, ensure proper documentation, and maintain order across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

3–5 years of experience in HR (preferably as HR Generalist or HR Manager)Experience in companies with 50+ employeesStrong knowledge of HR operations (not only recruitment)Good understanding of Egyptian labor law and HR documentationExperience in personnel administration and employee file managementStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to handle conflicts and enforce policiesHands-on, structured, and detail-oriented
