Key ResponsibilitiesCompensation & System ResearchConduct compensation and management system benchmarking research among similar Egyptian factories (e.g., JADE, ESEN INTERNATIONAL, EROGLU).Support the development of HR policies and systems for the new Egypt plant, ensuring local compliance and group alignment.Recruitment & TrainingLead end-to-end recruitment for both management staff and production workers, meeting the needs of a 2,000+ employee facility.Organize and implement pre-employment and on-the-job training programs.Employee Relations & Culture BuildingBuild and manage employee relations system, including communication, care, dispute prevention and resolution.Drive corporate culture initiatives to enhance engagement and retention.Team Management & Cross-functional CollaborationLead local HR team and oversee all HR functions.Collaborate effectively with production, operations, quality and other departments to achieve business goals.Data Analysis & Decision SupportAnalyze HR data (turnover, recruitment efficiency, training coverage, etc.) to support management decisions.

QualificationsBasic RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above, preferably in HR, Management, Psychology, or related fields.Fluent in either Chinese or English as a working language.Experience & Industry Background5+ years of HR team management experience in manufacturing, preferably in luggage/baggage or apparel industry with excellent factories (e.g., JADE, ESEN INTERNATIONAL, EROGLU).Proven experience leading recruitment for 2,000+ factory workers and management staff.Rich experience in employee relations management, including case handling, engagement activities, and conflict resolution.Professional CompetenciesFamiliar with Egypt labor laws and factory compensation systems; experience in policy research and development.Strong logical thinking and sensitivity to numbers; capable of HR data analysis.Big-picture mindset, meticulous and able to handle complex tasks.Behavioral TraitsIntegrity, strong sense of responsibility, result-driven, no blame-shifting.Open-minded, excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.Strong resilience under pressure; persistent and motivated by challenges.PreferredExperience in B2B luggage industry.Previous work or living experience in Egypt.Immediate availability.
