Job Summary:Lead our hospitality operations and marketing initiatives.

This role combines high-level marketing strategy with hands-on management of VIP guest services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and possess excellent interpersonal skills to represent Duvia at every customer touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:Hospitality & Guest Services:-Welcome and receive VIP guests at airports and other arrival points.-Coordinate hotel bookings, car rentals, and local transportation for clients.-Ensure smooth and personalized guest experiences during their stay.-Manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.-Monitor and enhance customer relations through consistent communication and follow-ups.

Marketing & Business Development:-Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Duvia’s tourism services.-Manage social media, online campaigns, and offline promotional activities.-Collaborate with partners and hotels to enhance service offerings.-Track marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

Customer Relationship & Satisfaction:-Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and positive referrals.-Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to services.-Maintain a VIP guest database and track preferences for personalized experiences.

Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience in hospitality management and tourism marketing.Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.Experience in VIP guest handling is highly desirable.
