An international IT company is looking for a Head of Representative Office in Egypt to lead and grow our local presence.We are seeking a strong, business-driven leader with an entrepreneurial mindset who can drive market expansion, build strategic partnerships, and ensure sustainable revenue growth in Egypt and across the region.
Key Responsibilities:Full operational management of the office in EgyptDrive business development and expand the company’s presence in the local and regional marketsIdentify and acquire new clients, building long-term relationships with key decision-makersDevelop and manage a strong partner network and strategic alliancesLead high-level negotiations and successfully close dealsAchieve and exceed revenue targetsAnalyze market trends, competitors, and industry developmentsDevelop and execute strategies for entering new market segmentsBuild, lead, and develop the local team (hiring, training, mentoring)Oversee administrative and operational processes within the officeCollaborate closely with marketing to drive lead generation and brand awarenessPrepare regular reports for headquarters on performance and business activitiesRepresent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences

Bachelor’s degreeProven experience in IT (software and/or hardware)Strong track record in business development and/or salesPrevious team management experience is a plusDeep understanding of the Egyptian market and MENA regionExperience in client acquisition and partner developmentStrong negotiation and closing skillsFluency in English and Arabic (both required)Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeWillingness to travel
