Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming clients and visitors
  • Handling calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails
  • Scheduling meetings and follow-ups
  • Supporting sales coordination and client communication
  • Managing front desk operations and office administration

  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, front desk, client relations, or sales coordination is preferred

  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
