Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance.Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.Ensure compliance with financial policies and standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 12+ years of proven experience as a Financial Analyst (pharma manufacturing/FMCG industry preferred).Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.Advanced skills in Excel and financial modeling (experience with Oracle ERP system is a plus).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively and partner with business leaders.
