Facility Engineer

Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and repair of all facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.Implement and manage comprehensive preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues, providing swift and effective solutions.Manage small to medium-scale engineering projects, from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.Identify and recommend energy efficiency initiatives to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, system specifications, and compliance documentation.

Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field is required.Professional Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in facility engineering, maintenance, or operations, demonstrating a proven track record of managing complex building systems.Core Competencies:Exceptional proficiency in Facility Management, covering all aspects of building operations and maintenance.Solid understanding of Mechanical Engineering principles, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire suppression systems.Strong expertise in Electrical Engineering, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.Proven experience with Preventive Maintenance planning and execution.Advanced Troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical equipment.Demonstrated ability in Project Management for facility-related upgrades and installations.In-depth knowledge of Safety Regulations and best practices.Familiarity with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and their application.A keen eye for Energy Efficiency and sustainable practices.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD.Career Level: This is an Experienced level position, perfect for professionals ready to take on significant responsibility and drive operational excellence.Location: Ability to work on-site in Beni Suef, Egypt is essential.
