Facilities Section Head

The Campus Facilities section head holds full and sole strategic responsibility for all university assets and facilities.

This pivotal role involves managing Capital and Operational budgets, leading comprehensive digital transformation, and aligning departmental goals with the organization's overarching vision to ensure a safe, sustainable, and highly efficient educational environment.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) from a recognized university.Professional Certifications: CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) or CFM (Certified Facility Manager) is required.Professional Experience:5 to 7 years of overall experience in Facilities Management and Engineering.Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role supervising multi-disciplinary teams.Preferred experience of 5-7 years specifically in the operation and maintenance of commercial buildings or university campuses.Technical Knowledge:In-depth experience with HVAC systems, preferably VRF (including DMS).Comprehensive knowledge of Firefighting systems, Generators, Elevators, Switchgear, and Transformers.
