Export Section Head

Manage and oversee all export operations from order processing to final deliveryIdentify and develop new international markets and increase export salesCommunicate and negotiate with international clients and distributorsPrepare and review export documentation (invoices, certificates of origin, shipping documents)Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Warehousing, Logistics)Monitor shipments and ensure on-time deliveryConduct market research and analyze global market trendsEnsure compliance with international trade laws and regulations

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, or a related fieldMinimum 5–8 years of experience in export operations, preferably within the food manufacturing industryProven experience in handling international markets and export sales growthStrong knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and international trade regulationsExcellent command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plusStrong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skillsAbility to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunitiesExperience in dealing with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs clearanceProficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems is a plusStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
