Overview: As a crucial member of our administrative team, you will manage front desk activities, ensuring efficient patient flow and exceptional service in our state-of-the-art facilities.

Your role is pivotal in creating a positive first impression and maintaining an organized, welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:Warmly greet and assist patients and visitors, providing clear directions and information.Efficiently manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations, utilizing our systems with precision.Handle incoming calls with professionalism, directing inquiries appropriately and relaying messages accurately.Process patient registrations, update records, and maintain confidentiality with the utmost integrity.Coordinate with various departments (laboratory, radiology, clinical staff) to ensure seamless patient journeys.Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining a tidy reception area.Address patient queries and concerns with empathy and effectiveness, escalating when necessary.

Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your expertise in front desk management, customer service excellence, and administrative proficiency daily.

Familiarity with medical scheduling software and office suites will be highly beneficial.
