Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support Provide full administrative and secretarial support to senior management Manage calendars, meetings, and official communications Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow up on action items Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries Handle confidential documents with professionalism
Administrative Coordination Act as a link between management and employees Coordinate internal communications and administrative tasks Maintain organized records, files, and documentation Follow up on requests to ensure timely completion
Support HR documentation and reporting Coordinate between HR, management, and employees
Office Administration Manage office supplies and administrative purchases Track inventory and ensure availability Coordinate with suppliers and control related expenses
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field3–5 years of experience in a similar roleFemale candidates are preferredGood command of English (written and spoken)Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsGood organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsTeam player with a professional attitude
