Job Description: We are building a high-performance outsourcing operation focused on the US, Canada, and European markets, delivering customer service, lead generation, and operational support to growing companies.We are hiring a Director of Business Development to take full ownership of client acquisition and build our sales function from the ground up.This is a founding role with a clear path to leading the entire revenue department.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing in new clients, establishing the sales process, and scaling the function into a structured team.

Key ResponsibilitiesDrive new business across US, Canada, and European marketsIdentify, approach, and close clients for customer service and call center outsourcingOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting to closingBring in initial clients within the first 90 daysDevelop and execute outbound and inbound acquisition strategiesBuild sales messaging, positioning, and targeting strategyWork closely with leadership on growth and partnershipsHire, train, and manage a sales team after initial tractionCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary (based on experience)Strong performance-based commission structureDirect ownership of revenue growthOpportunity to build and lead your own departmentClear path to Head of Sales / Revenue leadershipWork with international clients and marketsWho Should Not ApplyCandidates who rely on inbound leads onlyCandidates without direct experience in outsourcing salesCandidates looking for a purely structured or administrative role
