Job Title: B2B Digital Marketing ExpertDepartment: MarketingReports To: CEOLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: Project Based Role Purpose We are seeking a results-driven B2B Digital Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in services-based B2B campaign management across social media platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on digital campaigns that generate qualified leads, strengthen brand positioning, and support business growth.
This role requires a marketer who understands how to communicate with business audiences, build multi-channel campaigns, and turn digital activity into measurable commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute B2B digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and client acquisition.Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, X, and other relevant channels.Create and manage campaigns specifically for services-based businesses, with clear targeting toward decision-makers, stakeholders, and professional audiences.Work closely with internal teams to translate business objectives into effective campaign plans and messaging.Build campaign calendars, audience targeting plans, content briefs, and performance reports.Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on KPIs such as reach, engagement, CTR, CPL, conversion rate, and ROI.Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure alignment between campaign messaging and commercial goals.Manage budget allocation across campaigns and ensure efficient spending to maximize results.Conduct competitor benchmarking, audience research, and trend analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.Produce regular reports with insights, recommendations, and actionable next steps.Support the development of landing page messaging, lead magnets, and social content tailored to B2B audiences.Ensure brand consistency across all social media communications and campaign assets.
Required Experience Proven experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally within services-based industries.Demonstrated success in managing social media campaigns for B2B services, with measurable results in lead generation and campaign performance.Experience handling end-to-end campaign management, from strategy and setup to optimization and reporting.Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and how to market to professional and corporate audiences.Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, business development, and creative teams.
Required Skills Strong knowledge of social media marketing for B2B, especially LinkedIn-focused campaigns.Experience with paid social campaign setup, targeting, retargeting, A/B testing, and optimization.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and turn it into business recommendations.Excellent copywriting and messaging skills for professional audiences.Solid understanding of digital funnel management, lead generation, and conversion strategies.Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Certifications in digital marketing, paid media, social media marketing, or analytics are a plus.Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is an advantage.Familiarity with performance reporting dashboards and campaign tracking tools.
