Data Science Team Lead

We’re looking for an experienced Data Scientist Team Lead to lead our data science initiatives and drive impactful, data-driven decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of data science projectsManage and mentor a team of data scientistsEnsure alignment of data solutions with business objectivesCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions

Requirements:5+ years of relevant experience in data scienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (Master’s preferred)Strong expertise in machine learning, data modeling, and project deliveryProven experience in stakeholder managementFluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

Preferred:Experience in insurance or financial servicesExperience working in agile environmentsStrong leadership and team management skillsRelevant certifications are a plus
