We are looking for a Call Center Agent to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, answering inquiries, and providing support in a professional way.
Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from customersRespond to customer questions and requestsProvide accurate information about products or servicesHandle customer complaints in a polite wayRecord customer data in the system Requirements: English level B1+Good communication skillsAbility to work under pressureBasic computer skillsPrevious experience is a plus (not required)
Working Conditions: Rotational shifts2 days off per week
