With a strong presence in wholesale distribution and expanding into modern trade and e-commerce channels, Comfort Egypt is building a structured, scalable sales organization to support its ambitious growth plans.Role OverviewComfort Egypt is seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage the entire sales sector.

The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the Egyptian footwear or fashion industry and a strong track record of building structured, target-oriented sales operations.This role requires a strategic thinker, opportunity hunter, and performance-driven leader.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute annual and quarterly sales plans aligned with company growth targets.Take full ownership of achieving sales targets across all channels.Lead and manage the entire sales team with clear KPIs and accountability.Identify new business opportunities, distribution gaps, and expansion areas.Analyze competitors, pricing strategies, and market trends within the footwear sector.Implement and effectively use CRM systems to manage customer data, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting.Ensure data-driven decision making and regular performance reporting.Coordinate closely with:Modern Trade ManagerE-commerce ManagerMarketing DepartmentSupply Chain & Finance

Candidate RequirementsProven experience in footwear or fashion sales within the Egyptian market (mandatory).Previous experience managing a full sales department.Strong background in achieving and exceeding sales targets.Experience using CRM systems and sales performance dashboards.Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.Ability to build structure, systems, and accountability within the sales team.
