- Supervise daily CNC operations (Laser, Plasma, etc.)
- Ensure production targets are met efficiently and on time
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues
- Lead and support CNC operators
- Ensure quality standards are maintained
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC operations
- Experience in Steel Fabrication is a must
- Strong knowledge of CNC machines (Laser / Plasma)
- Leadership and team management skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
