- Prepare and optimize CNC programs for heavy steel components
- Operate and monitor CNC machines (Laser, Plasma, Drilling, etc.)
- Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings for bridge bearing components
- Ensure high precision and quality standards in machining processes
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues
- Improve production efficiency and reduce material waste
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams
- Follow safety and quality standards in steel fabrication environment
- 3–5 years of experience as a CNC Engineer
- Experience in heavy steel fabrication or similar industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machine operation
- Experience with Laser, Plasma, or heavy-duty CNC machines
- Very good ability to read technical and fabrication drawings
- Familiar with tolerances and precision in heavy components
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
