Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsManage key accounts within modern trade retail chainsNegotiate commercial deals, pricing, and trade agreementsSupervise and support a team of sales representativesMonitor daily field activities and team performanceEnsure product availability and avoid out-of-stock situationsExecute in-store promotions and trade campaignsImprove product visibility and shelf positioningBuild and maintain strong relationships with store managers and buyersAnalyze sales reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs)Prepare regular performance and sales reports for managementIdentify opportunities for business growth within existing accountsCoordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure deliveryDevelop new accounts within the modern trade sector

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field5–7 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferably Modern Trade)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent negotiation and persuasion abilitiesHigh level of patience and ability to work under pressureProfessional appearance and positive attitudeStrong ability to deal with different customer personalitiesStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work under sales targets and tight deadlinesLeadership skills to supervise and motivate a sales teamStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales dataGood command of Microsoft Excel and reporting toolsFlexibility for fieldwork and traveling between branchesStrong customer relationship management skillsHigh discipline, commitment, and strong work ethic
