German & French Call Center Agent with experience in GDS systems to join our team.As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing flight bookings, and providing high-quality support to clients in both German and French languages.
Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionallyAssist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, and modificationsUse GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus) for ticketing and reservationsProvide accurate information about travel services and policiesResolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure customer satisfactionMaintain proper documentation of customer interactions
Fluency in German / French (B2+ / C1 preferred)Previous experience in Call Center or Customer SupportHands-on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus preferred)Good knowledge of Airline Ticketing & Tourism industryStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple tasksFlexibility with rotational shifts
