From crafting brand identities to developing social media strategies and producing cinematic content, Synketa delivers clarity, originality, and creativity throughout the customer journey.Role DescriptionThis is a Part-time (or Full-time if available) fully remote role for an Appointment Setter.

The Appointment Setter will be responsible for contacting potential clients, scheduling appointments for the sales team, and generating leads through effective communication.

The role involves maintaining accurate records of client interactions, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring a seamless process for client engagement.

Qualifications

  • ⁠ ⁠Cold calling + SMS + Instagram DM follow-up
  • ⁠ ⁠Clear path to closer or leadership roles
  • Proven experience in appointment setting, outbound sales, or a similar client-facing role
  • Strong, confident communication skills — able to handle objections, follow up persistently, and represent the brand professionally at every touchpoint
  • Highly self-motivated with a genuine hunger for performance; you track your own numbers and push to beat them
  • Fluency in English is required;

Arabic proficiency is a strong advantageThis is a commission-only role with the potential to transition into a base salary + commission structure based on performance.

Compensation: 7% commission + bonuses OTE: $1,000 - $3,000+/month Commitment: Monday
