You will own the pipeline from first contact to close, working closely with the founders and the creative team to position dot’s services compellingly and win the right clients.WHAT YOU WILL DOPipeline DevelopmentResearch and identify target clients across dot’s four service lines: Branding, Performance Marketing, E-commerce, and Doterior (Booths Designs)Build and maintain a structured prospect list with regular outreach rituals.Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, events, and referral activationQualify inbound leads and move them efficiently through the pipelinePitching & ClosingLead or co-lead client meetings, presentations, and proposalsNegotiate terms and close contracts in line with agency pricing and positioningManage the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed agreementMarket IntelligenceMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging client segmentsTrack and report pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts weeklyClient HandoverEnsure a clean handover to the account management teamsStay involved through the onboarding stage to protect client experience and relationship continuity
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOUNon-negotiable3–5 years of BD, sales, or account development experience in a creative, marketing, or digital agencyProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong written and verbal communication in Arabic and EnglishComfortable leading client conversations independently, from first call to closeHigh discipline in pipeline management and follow-through Strongly PreferredExperience selling creative or marketing services (branding, digital, performance)Existing network of marketing decision-makers in Cairo or the wider MENA marketFamiliarity with CRM toolsExposure to interior design, e-commerce, or retail clients is a plus
