We Are Hiring – Front Desk Receptionist (Female)

World Sky Aviation Academy is currently seeking a professional and presentable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Nasr City, Cairo.

The selected candidate will be the first point of contact for students and visitors, representing the academy with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist students and visitors in a professional manner
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
• Handle inquiries regarding courses and services
• Manage appointments and schedules
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Handle emails and administrative tasks
• Maintain an organized and presentable reception area

Job Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in reception or customer service
• Very good in English (spoken and written) is a must
• Presentable with a professional appearance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience using CRM systems is required
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Customer-oriented with attention to detail
