Architectural Projects Manager

Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of company projects.Review and approve architectural designs, drawings, and technical documents prepared by consultants.Ensure proper coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP works to avoid conflicts during project execution.Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Identify potential technical or operational issues and propose effective solutions.Follow up on project milestones and deliverables and ensure alignment with company objectives.Prepare progress reports and project updates for senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Proven experience in construction companies
• Strong experience in managing multiple projects and supervising site managers
• Solid background in project planning, coordination, and follow-up
• Ability to coordinate between sites, technical office, consultants, and management
• Strong leadership, reporting, and decision-making skills
