Role SummaryThe Affiliate Manager is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing affiliate partners to drive revenue growth.
This role focuses on building strong partnerships, optimizing affiliate performance, and ensuring alignment with company sales and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners through online research, outreach, and networking.Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, ensuring long-term collaboration and performance growth and hereby transferred to the RTN manager for support.Pitch company offers effectively and convert prospects into active partners.Set and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets.Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance, including individual and team results.Identify strategic growth opportunities within existing affiliate accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized traffic and campaign strategies for key advertiser accounts.
Oversee affiliate communications to ensure messaging is professional, consistent, and aligned with company standards.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities within the affiliate marketing space.Provide guidance and support to affiliate team members to improve performance and results.
Excellent writing and communication skills.Ability to analyze problems, pay attention to detail, and strategize better solutions.Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google workspace.Goal- Oriented, organized team player.Great analytical skills and problem- solving.Meeting with potential customers.
