Accounts Payable Specialist

Accounts Payable & Fixed Assets Accountant to join our finance team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vendor payments, maintaining accurate records of fixed assets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:* Process and review supplier invoices and ensure timely payments

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain and update fixed assets register
• Calculate depreciation and ensure proper asset classification
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
• Prepare reports related to accounts payable and fixed assets
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance* 2–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets
• Good understanding of accounting principles and ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Zoho Books
