Cost Control & Tracking: Monitoring project expenses against the budget, including materials, labor, and equipment.Petty Cash Management: Handling site-level cash, reconciling daily expenses, and managing site cash flow.Subcontractor & Supplier Payments: Processing invoices, verifying work completed, and managing subcontractor payment applications.Payroll & Timesheets: Collecting and reviewing weekly site timesheets for payroll preparation.Reporting & Reconciliation: Reconciling accounts, managing change orders, and reporting on budget variances to the project manager.Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company procedures and financial regulations.

Experience: Previous experience in construction accounting .Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or specialized construction software).Knowledge: Understanding of construction contracts, lien waivers, and payment terms.Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site with site managers and staff
