Account Manager

NEAT Developments is looking for a meticulous and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and support the Financial Manager in delivering comprehensive financial reporting.

This position is based full-time at our head office in 6th of October City.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full accounting cycle including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.Ensure compliance with all Egyptian tax obligations including VAT, withholding tax, and corporate tax filings.Oversee project cost accounting, tracking expenditures against approved budgets for each development project.Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and prepare required documentation.Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure quality and efficiency of output.Maintain and improve internal accounting controls and financial procedures.Process payroll and ensure accurate recording of all staff-related financial transactions.Support the preparation of cash flow reports and financial forecasts

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within real estate, construction, or property development.Strong knowledge of Egyptian Tax Authority regulations and accounting principles.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems).High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.Good communication skills in Arabic; working knowledge of English is an advantage.
